Moonlight Snowshoeing

Guided Tours

Bask in the moonlight while enjoying the peaceful, woodland setting along the Merrimack River - all while getting some great exercise.
Joining us on a Moonlight Snowshoe Tour!

During the 3 hour tour, guides will lead hikers through a variety of trails and terrain. There will be different routes ranging in difficulty and distance that the guides will decide upon after assessing the group. After conquering the terrain you'll return to the Plum Island Kayak shop in Newburyport for some complimentary  wine, cheese, and hot chocolate and sometimes live acoustic music.
BYOB if you like.

All transportation to and from our hike will be provided by Plum Island Kayak via our 15 passenger van.
Just show up at our shop and we'll do the rest!

ARROW Technical Snowshoes

The Arrow's Modified Round tail incorporates an asymmetrical design that allows for an even greater stride experience for both men and women. The Arrow's design allows each step to nest, providing for a more natural stride when traversing a step grade, or walking the local trail. The Modified Round tail incorporates the floatation of our traditional round tails with the maneuverability of our v-tail designs. The Arrow balances the two perfectly.

We recommend snow boots to keep your feet warm and multiple layers of clothing so you can adjust for your temperature during the hike.
