Cancellation Policy

  • If you must cancel, please notify us at least 2 days prior, no registration fee will be incurred
  • For cancellations less than 2 days prior, only a $20/person registration fee will be applied
  • For all-day trips and special events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
  • In the event that we must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund and no fees will be incurred
